James Rogers, J.D., Ph.D.*


James Rogers is a patent examiner for the United States Patent & Trademark office (USPTO)*. James has previously worked for both law firms and a biotechnology company which involved mainly the prosecution of patent applications before the USPTO.  James was a former adjudications office for the Department of Homeland Security, having adjudicated thousands of family law based petitions. Admitted in New York and Massachusetts only.
